I never intended to become a pilates teacher, but instead found pilates as a way to intentionally work on strengthening imbalances, reducing chronic pain and healing from an injury. In only a few sessions I became hooked.

My pain reduced significantly and I’ve felt stronger and more connected to my body than ever before. My experience with Pilates and Create Balance has been life changing.

From an early age, I knew I wasn’t meant to have a conventional career and have been self-employed in the wellness industry for over 15 years, most recently specializing in holistic skincare, fascia anatomy and face yoga. Becoming a STOTT PILATES teacher has been a challenging but rewarding experience. I love how this method celebrates our differences and helps people to feel freedom within their bodies - improving mobility, strength, balance, flexibility and posture!

I’m excited to be part of the Create Balance team and to help others create mind-body awareness through movement.
