I have always enjoyed fitness and health, I grew up dancing and loved being in a studio moving my body. When my dancing career stopped I found myself lost in the gym and never really satisfied after a workout. About a year ago I was introduced to the Pilates method and instantly fell in love. I finally felt the same way I did after a dance class and I knew exactly what my body was missing, BALANCE.

I love STOTT PILATES® because of the way it helps balance and enhance my body’s natural function. Pilates is beneficial for everybody and with the right guidance I believe anyone can fall in love with it too.

My goal as a Pilates instructor is to not only help improve your daily movements but also provide a workout that makes you feel how I love to feel after each class; energized, strong, toned and most importantly balanced!
